Sales Policy
All sales are final upon purchase. By completing your order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Prices are listed in the designated currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Products are subject to availability. In the rare event an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Refund and Return Policy
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Physical Music Albums (CDs, Vinyl, etc.): Must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Merchandise (Apparel, Posters, Accessories): Must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags (if applicable).
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used music albums (unless defective).
- Digital music downloads or other digital products.
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
- Personalized or custom items (e.g., autographed albums, custom clothing).
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or order confirmation is required to initiate a return.
2. Refunds
Refund Approval
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection via email.
- Refunds will only be issued for items meeting our return criteria.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may apply for items showing minor wear or damage caused during return shipping.
3. Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items free of charge. To request an exchange, contact us at howdy@plainsmenrecords.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
4. Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for your return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. We’ll provide a prepaid return label in these cases.
5. Digital Products
- All sales of digital music downloads or streaming access are final and non-refundable.
