  • Orders placed after 3 PM on weekdays or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic and International): We offer standard shipping for all orders. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
    • Domestic: 5-7 business days
    • International: Delivery times vary based on the destination, typically between 7-21 business days.
    • Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes for international orders.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at howdy@plainsmenrecords.com with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Changes:

  • Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your order details before submitting your order to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address.

Delivery Issues:

  • If there is an issue with delivery, please contact us right away, and we will assist you in resolving the problem with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Holidays:

  • We do not process or ship orders on public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
